The source I already provided.

from your source

(Dispatcher) “And you said someone is breaking into it right now?”

(Caller) “No it’s all open, it’s under construction. And he’s running right now, here he goes right now.”

(Dispatcher) “Ok, what is he doing?”

(Caller) “He’s running down the street.”

so she even told the operator it was a construction site and not a house he was at.

also if he did break into the house where is the stuff he stole, surely that would have been recovered from his body as proof of his alleged break in or did he just break in and then decide to high tale it down the road without any reward?

then also in the article it claims

According to the police report, Greg McMichael, who happens to also be a Former Brunswick District Attorney Investigator, is standing in his front yard when he sees what he thinks is the suspect in the neighborhood break-ins, as he puts it “hauling a**”, down the street.”

so they go after him, not because they knew he broke into the house but just because he was running down the street.

it will be interesting to see the camera that Jabulani keeps talking about, showing his attempted break in.

The part where they threatened him with guns leading to his death is what's wrong with it...
The leftards with their victim mentally is way more responsible.

If you don't spread lies that white people are out hunting black people for nothing then this guy, if he was just a innocent jogger, wouldn't have felt the need to fight for his life.

He could have stopped for 2 seconds. Told the guys, wtf he is only jogging, and moved on. Still alive.

But because he felt the need to fight for his life, because of false propaganda spread by the left he is now dead.

Perfectly valid. And you can put that on my gravestone if the security or anyone else in my neighborhood ever have to shoot me because I tried to grab their gun.
Gangsters paradise guys, holding a gun gives you the inviolate right to not have it taken away from you by anyone and if they do you have the absolute right to shoot them regardless of how they where using the gun in the first place.

Yeah, because unarmed black people never get shot and killed for no reason in the US :X3:

If he was white he probably could have done that, but a black person being accosted by two good ol boys in Georgia most likely feared for his life, correctly in this case.

I don't get the "it was a construction site" defense. People steal tools and stuff from construction sites. Wondering around a construction site will cause suspicion.

I said CCTV and doorbell cam , didn't say it showed any crime but the two guys said they saw him or a person similar.
The only video we have now is of the dead "jogger" attacking guys unprovoked and trying to become a felon.

Next level gymnastics there, it's not the cops fault for killing unarmed people, it's the fault of the media for making people afraid of cops by reporting it :X3:

Complete BS. Check the stats above. Jogging in the Hood is more likely to get him killed than any good old boys from Gorgia.
He is safest amongst white people.

At this point I'm just curious to see the bomb you're gonna drop
We can start with the central park 5 if you like? If I recall you slobbered all over that one for weeks re them not only confessing, but also pleading guilty :whistling:

No evidence of them accosting him , actual video of him accosting one of them though

The jogger should have stayed at home like the government wanted him to. After all, we all know that jogging outside literally kills people. Trump should declare that all jogging is illegal to prevent this type of thing from happening again.

How is that relevant...?

Jogging through Hillbrow would probably also be more likely to get him shot but he wasn't doing that either was he?

So at most it is theft and not Breaking and entering. I don't think he should have been shot for that

It is illegal to point a gun at someone in Georgia, without legal justification.

So no, not justified, as there is no legal justification to point the gun at him, as there is no proof he committed any crime.
It is illegal to point a gun at anyone in most places in the world.

well according to the article, the police report says the two guys did not witness anything, they just seen him hauling ass down the road.

I suppose black people are not allowed to jog or run cause "they all look alike" and must either be going to or coming back from a crime.
