Hence, how for any murder can someone just get away with it by claiming they saw the guy break in somewhere and then did a citizens arrest that went wrong?

How valid is such a defense?

Video shows him attempt felony , even if those guys say they were chilling in the van and this guy attacked them , the video shows exactly this.
So justified by law.

You guys have grabbed the wrong end of the the stick here.

This guy was not murdered, statistically he dropped dead of a heart attack or cancer. You are making some sort of assumption that he was killed..

It is illegal to point a gun at someone in Georgia, without legal justification.

So no, not justified, as there is no legal justification to point the gun at him, as there is no proof he committed any crime.

Perfectly valid. And you can put that on my gravestone if the security or anyone else in my neighborhood ever have to shoot me because I tried to grab their gun.

TDS caused him to meltdown , now according to him laws don't apply to white people or something, also I may be to blame for showing FBI stats.
