Is a 45% increased risk of death a bad thing? How about a 411% increased risk of arrhythmia?

That sounds bad.

Is it bad?

It sounds really bad.

Is it bad?

Antimalarial drug touted by President Trump is linked to increased risk of death in coronavirus patients, study says
Modern day Jim Jones.

Jonestown did not turn out to be the paradise their leader had promised.

Just drink the Jim Jones Kool-Aid

Came across this on another forum and think it kinda applies to the US elections and some of our members...

Mangosuthu quoting Churchill who never said it, also Georges Clemenceau, Victor Hugo, Edmund Burke and Benjamin Disraeli.

Fact is it's probably from Anselme Batbie writing about Edmund Burke. Here's the original:

“He who is not a républicain at twenty compels one to doubt the generosity of his heart; but he who, after thirty, persists, compels one to doubt the soundness of his mind.”

Turns out you are making a point... Just not the one you think you're making.

It was cyanide-laced Flavor Aid actually but 'drink the Kool-Aid' stuck.

Anyway, I can see how comparing Jim Jones telling his followers to drink the Kool-Aid, and Donnie telling his followers, "What have you got to lose? Take it" can break your brain.

I can see the connection with anyone gullible enough to do it yeah , thats a medicine though and JJ gave out poison , not seeing it .

Edit , go open any medicine and look at the contraindications , you will be surprised how many list death and some stuff even worse than that.

Maybe it's not looking too good for Joe.

During the 2016 election, Donald Trump famously proclaimed "I love the poorly educated!" Well, if "poorly educated" is a euphemism for "cognitively challenged," new research finds they loved him right back.

LOL You making stuff up doesn't take away from the truth of the quote.

Don't know where your source got that from but here's the real quote.
If you were in your twenties and not a communist, you were heartless. If you are in your thirties and a conservative, you are brainless.' --Fyodor Dostoevsky

And where did you get that quote from. Seems no one knows where the original is from and there are plenty of variants but you claim to have the original.....

Where I got it from isn't important and doesn't take away from the truth of the quote.

You can't be serious.... Imagine every debate resulted in an answer like that :D the world would be one stupid, ignorant place. Well done.

Also doesn't take away from the truth of the variants thereof.
