With Andrew Yang out of the race, I think Trump just won his re-election.

"I know that some people in the US associate the Nordic model with some sort of socialism," he said. "Therefore, I would like to make one thing clear. Denmark is far from a socialist planned economy. Denmark is a market economy."

In Rasmussen's view, "The Nordic model is an expanded welfare state which provides a high level of security to its citizens, but it is also a successful market economy with much freedom to pursue your dreams and live your life as you wish."

What does that racist have to say today?

Mr. Incel edgelord got his take in before facts came in. Par for the course.

The turnout in Tuesday night's Democratic New Hampshire primary was the party's highest ever and provided a hopeful sign to Democrats disappointed by low enthusiasm demonstrated in Iowa last week.

Sanders won NH with the lowest percentage total in history.

Not sure why you think this is odd? The field is much bigger now than it usually is. Only 2 credible people on the ballot in 2016, only 3 in 2012. There's 8 or 9 now.

High time the field starts to narrow, imo.

Typical leftist narrative forgetting that those hospitals are found within strongly capitalist societies.
You forgot that healthcare is free in the UK. Its socialised. Thank you and good bye

Yes and? Who is saying otherwise?

One wonders if Chris considers Sanders' a socialist...

He largely wants to mirror what Canada and Nordic/Western European countries have done, including under centre-right governments. If they're insisting those countries aren't socialist, then they're admitting Sanders isn't one, either.

I mean, he'd be a freakin' centrist in most of Europe and Australasia and they consider him a far leftist... o_O

Bernie Sanders is a capitalist. It's not contradictory to believe that a country should have a strong private sector AND solid government services, and you should be able to delineate the roles that government should play in providing socialized services to people, in areas like healthcare, police, schools, public transport, and so on. By definition any service provided by the government is socialist in nature.
I agree with this 100% but I think it's perhaps naive to disregard cultural behavior and social RESPONSIBILITY in situations like these.

It all depends on the government and management of these socialized services, on the ground. Comparing a state hospital in Norway/The Netherlands to one in South Africa, is disingenuous.

There is no contest IMO

Trump is going to take it with an even wider margin.

With the left going full retard Marxist / Socialist, with policies supporting open borders, sanctuary cities for criminal illegal aliens, bowing to snowflakism, supporting gender fluidity, supporting minority rights to the extreme, wanting to impose higher taxes on the working class, supporting restrictive gun control, supporting fake climate alarmism, shutting down of free speech etc, the majority of god-fearing, right minded working folk will prevail and vote Trump.

The democrats have alienated a huge chunk of the centrist traditional dem voting block who are now either going to shift to the right, or abstain from voting.

The reward for this, above four more years of Trump’s policies if he wins, includes the sheer entertainment of watching his misnamed 'demoncrat' opponents writhe on the floor, ululating, looking for somebody to blame – again. OK, they don’t really writhe on the floor. They sit in chairs around glass tables in Fake News television studios with shrinking viewership numbers, and ululate in political discussions.
