Nah, its not about that, when the abortion fails and a fully formed, breathing by itself, heart beating 'abortion' arrives, its a prem baby, spin it all you like with 'well technically she went for abortion, so technically its an abortion' bs, when it survives, and is breathing etc, its a premature baby /end. Requiring it to be treated as such medically shouldn't even be up for discussion, let alone requiring bills to be passed to enforce it
