Not because of his skin colour. Because he was snooping around on a construction site and later attacked someone innocent just trying to ask him what he was doing.

Obviously he didn't look like your average jogger, I can guarantee those guys have better things to do than to chase down each jogger.
I'm sure they had a perfectly valid reason to be suspicious.

The central park 5 were clearly lying to the FBI when they confessed to those crimes, therefore they should be prosecuted for lying to the FBI, just like with Flynn. Yes?

And, do you think it's ok for prosecutors to hide exculpatory information during the trial?

Probably. Black people commit proportionality more crime. So maybe he can blame his "brothers" for giving him a bad name and creating the suspicion.

Holding a preteen in a police holding cell, without legal counsel or having a guardian present and having several belligerent police officers and detectives badgering him for hours on end, tricking him into confessing that he was on a scene of a rape he originally said he had no idea about, is the same as a experienced General who has been trained in interrogation and how to conduct himself if he is captured as a POW, admitting that he lied to the FBI, with legal representation in place.

I really do think the Democrats should run a bigger name , do Hillary/popular or famous person , this could get them in come elections.
