That has got to be one of the biggest failed attempts at a virtue signalling psyop.
Joe the Crime Bill man of "these people are beyond the pale... , take them off the street, lock them up" fame and his own demtard plutocrat friends say that his bill resulted in mass incarceration.

Well, there is that and the shoot unarmed people in the leg quote.

Not seeing social distancing here. Trying to get as many black people in the frame as possible.

On the positive side, he isn’t sniffing anybody.

BALTIMORE, Md. -- A suspected rioter in Baltimore got the smackdown of his life Monday by his mom on television.

The mother saw her son on television throwing rocks at police, reports ABC Baltimore affiliate WMAR. That's when she'd had enough, dishing up a dose of discipline.

The pair was identified as Toya Graham, a single mother of six, and her 16-year-old son, according to the Associated Press.

I just wonder where this kid learned that violence is an acceptable and just way to get your point across.

That is why the video is not being released.

After the 1967 Race Riot, LBJ formed, the National Advisory Commission on Civil Disorders to investigate and make recommendation regarding the ****fest that was '67

When their final report -Separate and Unequal , was released- instead of engaging the commission's report and implementing their recommendations - Lyndon B Johnson, buried it. Some rather uncomfortable truths were just too uncomfortable to engage.

“White society,” the presidentially appointed panel reported, “is deeply implicated in the ghetto. White institutions created it, white institutions maintain it, and white society condones it.”

The nation, the Kerner Commission warned, was so divided that the United States was poised to fracture into two radically unequal societies—one black, one white.

2nd paragraph of LBJ's wiki article.
Born in a farmhouse in Stonewall, Texas, Johnson was a high school teacher and worked as a congressional aide before winning election to the US House of Representatives in 1937. Johnson won election to the United States Senate from Texas in 1948 after winning the Democratic Party's nomination by an extremely narrow margin with fraudulent votes that were manufactured by friendly political machines.[2] He was appointed to the position of Senate Majority Whip in 1951. He became the Senate Minority Leader in 1953 and the Senate Majority Leader in 1955.
