The people responsible for every single death in Iraq are the Americans. Before invading Iraq many analysts warned them it's going to cause a civil war in the country. But they persisted with their lies, and invaded the county under the pretext of "democratising" it - the real reason is of course much closer to a power-hungry oil grab than anything else.
