Please go watch some of his videos.

Lol, ok then mr facts vs feelings. Do you think none of those things matter? The way he panders to neo-nazis and engages in racist trolling against Leslie Jones? His fat shaming videos? What exactly does he have to say that appeals to you so much? He isn't even a very engaging or articulate speaker.

David Frum, Max Boot, Benjamin Wittes, Susan Hennessy, Charlie Sykes, Rich Lowry, Rick Wilson, Steve Schmidt, David French, Jonah Goldberg, etc.

I mean, I obviously disagree vigorously with them on a lot of stuff, but they're some of the few conservatives who have actually retained their principles and not just completely abandoned any semblance of ideological coherence in service to the Trump cult.

The idea that charlatans and grifters like Milo Yabadabadopolis, Ben Shapiro and Steve Crowder are considered paragons of conservative intellectual thought is just... baffling. Then again, this is the same stream of offal that emerged out of the Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly brand of 'conservatism'.

People like Milo are coming out to counter the absolute craziness of the Liberals. Liberals have also been shutting down any sort of debate, and Shapiro and Milo have been targets of this behavior. In 2016 Shapiro had to suffer an onslaught for months where he received death threats, and had some prominent people say they are going to end him. It was so bad he has to take security where ever he goes. Shapiro is not as nearly controversial as Milo and Steve. He is at least educated, and does base a lot of his debates on facts. They are effective at spreading their message. You cannot deny it as the Daily Wire reaches millions of people. This is the face of politics with mass media. Extremist behavior is driving both sides of the debate, and when voices like Ben Shapiro come out of the shouting match, people listen. And, FYI, Ben Shapiro is not part of the "Trump Cult".

If you can't summarize his "good points" yourself why should we bother wasting our time with him?

I am not going to get into a debate around this. It is not worth it. Maybe you should watch some of his videos with an open mind? Yes, he has said some pretty controversial stuff, but he does make some other good arguments. He has been on the receiving end of some major harassment, and has been followed around to shut him down. Don't like him? I don't really care. But your assessment is not based on any impartial information. I am just pointing out the hypocrisy.

That is the end of my replies regarding this matter.

You still haven't pointed out a single worthwhile thing Milo has ever said. Just telling us that we haven't watched his videos, which is also not true.

The worst part here is that you think I haven't seen his videos before - I have and they are awful.

How do you know what my assessment is based on? My opinion of him is based on his own videos and tweets - what could me more impartial than the words of the man himself?

So you believe that the attacks on him, and shutting him down, are warranted?

What attacks and how was he shut down exactly? His You tube channel, with 800k subscribers is still online, not a lot of activity recently- maybe he has run out of things to say?

And for someone who has been shut down, we all got to see his rant that started this discussion - pretty impreassive for someone who has been "shut down".

The sooner you realise what ever Milo said and did was purely for money and not any ideological crusade, the sooner you will realise how misguided your views of him are.

Nazi salutes, singing Nazi songs, using Nazi phrases for his email passwords. He is no Nazi, but played to that base for the fame and money.

Heather Heyer would like a word with you about tolerance...
Doubtful, a participant in a violent anti-protest and supporter of a movement (BLM) that condones indiscriminate killing of police officers wouldn't know a damn thing about tolerance.

ADL Report: White Supremacist Murders More Than Doubled in 2017

White supremacists were directly responsible for 18 of the total 34 extremist-related murders in 2017, according to the new ADL report, Murder and Extremism in the United States in 2017. A total of nine deaths were linked to Islamic extremists.

The most recent ADL data shows that over the last decade a total of 71 percent of all fatalities have been linked to domestic right-wing extremists, while 26 percent of the killings were committed by Islamic extremists. The other 3 percent of deaths were carried out by extremists not falling into either category.

Murder and Extremism in the United States in 2017

  • The white supremacist murders included several killings linked to the alt right as that movement expanded its operations in 2017 from the internet into the physical world—raising the likely possibility of more such violent acts in the future.
  • An Islamic extremist still committed the single deadliest incident in 2017: the New York City bike path vehicular homicide attack, which killed eight people. Adherents of several different extremist movements, including white supremacists, anti-government extremists, and black nationalists, have also used vehicles to commit attacks in the U.S. in the past several years.
  • The year 2017 was the second year in a row in which black nationalists have committed murders in the United States. Combined with other violent acts by black nationalists in recent years, these murders suggest the possibility of an emerging problem.
