Donald Trump urged Spain to 'build the wall' – across the Sahara

Donald Trump suggested the Spanish government tackled the Mediterranean migration crisis by emulating one of his most famous policies and building a wall across the Sahara desert, the country’s foreign minister has revealed.

According to Josep Borrell, the US president brushed off the scepticism of Spanish diplomats – who pointed out that the Sahara stretched for 3,000 miles – saying: “The Sahara border can’t be bigger than our border with Mexico.”

You must have ignored the word "order". It was not left open to interpretation, it was a direct order to release un-redacted from the only authority that may do so. You don't "propose" shyte, you obey. In the military you can be court-martialled for ignoring a direct order from a higher authority. They're free to bitch and moan all they want about how this is "abuse of power" or how this "compromises intelligence", they are not free to disobey, end of story.

Also within his power of course, only reason he won't do it is either A) worried about the backlash or B) he does not want to and is merely play-acting. None of which has any bearing on the fact that he can declassify at will, and he has chosen to do so, the FBI has but one option: comply.

We all know this has sweet f-all to do with getting a good judge on the supreme court bench nor does it have the slightest thing to do with justice for someone who allegedly was sexually assaulted over 3 decades ago.

It's all theatre for the mid-terms, at least at this point in time one side has the decency not to get up on that high horse; neither of them belong there.

Trump ordered the DOJ to release the text messages of former FBI Director James Comey, his deputy Andrew McCabe, now-fired special agent Peter Strzok, former FBI attorney Lisa Page and twice-demoted DOJ official Bruce Ohr.

Also ordered released are specific pages from the FBI's FISA surveillance warrant application on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page, as well as interviews with Ohr
