And some of you guys say the lefties are guilty of circle jerking, the last three pages have been one big circle jerk.

A long time since I've seen such a jizz-stained bunch of posts.
I keep asking myself why I'm surprised at the schoolyard level of behaviour, and getting no answer.

And the insanity continues. The Democrats should really disconnect from publications like this.

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/06/opinion/lisa-murkowski-susan-collins-kavanaugh.html

After a confirmation process where women all but slit their wrists, letting their stories of sexual trauma run like rivers of blood through the Capitol, the Senate still voted to confirm Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. With the exception of Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, all the women in the Republican conference caved, including Senator Susan Collins of Maine, who held out until the bitter end.

Indeed, my comprehension is the problem... my argument is 'Trump Pushes Due Process For Some, 'Lock' Them Up For Others' is BS, you want me to ignore it and not be 'hung up' on it cos you can't answer the questions and show me it isn't BS:ROFL:

And i've shown you numerous examples, so has Orbitaldawn, you prefer to ignore them.

I'm actually just skipping straight to the ignore button

Whatever helps your echo chamber.

Again... where has he said it, implied it etc?
Media clickbaiting 'trump doubles down on no due process' is not trump saying 'no due process', you're just adding more bs titles to the list of bs titles

“Take the guns first, go through due process second.”
must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back from where they came.
Hiring manythousands of judges, and going through a long and complicated legal process, is not the way to go - will always be disfunctional. People must simply be stopped at the Border and told they cannot come into the U.S. illegally.

How is that not Trump saying 'no due process'?

He specifically says "go through due process second."
How is that trump saying 'no due process'? He says right there, 'go through due process'

Why would you need judges and court cases when people are stopped at the border and told they cannot come into the U.S. illegally? How is that trump saying 'no due process'?

Because due process means that you get a presumption of innocence and the right to an attorney and a fair trial. Trump is advocating stripping away key rights.

LOL. what on earth do you think due process is? Being turned away at the border without a trial is a presumption of guilt.

The whole point of due process is to prevent the arbitrary deprivation of life, freedom or property without first going through required legal processes, due process done afterwards is not due process.

Jeez christ... brick walls the lot

I do find it amusing though that the one that is closest to an example is about taking guns from people before they shoot up schools and now you're worried about 'stipping away key rights', which is exactly what the libtards want:ROFL:... but again, hes not saying no due process

If someone is crossing the border illegally, 'illegally' being the key word here... how are they 'innocent', and what has that got to due with the US laws and due process? How is saying, you're not allowed in cos you're illegall, 'no due process'?

How do you determine that someone is crossing illegally without a trial?

Not sure if that's what Trump is referring to but border control deport a lot of people daily without trial, if you mean trial before a court. They question you and if they make the decision whether you're likely to return or not. All countries do this. Even easier, people without valid papers.

So here's the 14th Amendment view upheld by the SCOTUS in 1982:

Whatever his status under the immigration laws, an alien is surely a "person" in any ordinary sense of that term. Aliens, even aliens whose presence in this country is unlawful, have long been recognized as "persons" guaranteed due process of law by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. Shaughnessv v. Mezei, 345 U.S. 206, 212 (1953); Wong Wing v. United States, 163 U.S. 228, 238 (1896); Yick Wo v. Hopkins, 118 U.S. 356, 369 (1886). Indeed, we have clearly held that the Fifth Amendment protects aliens whose presence in this country is unlawful from invidious discrimination by the Federal Government. Mathews v. Diaz, 426 U.S. 67, 77

The legal guy goes through the borderposts/port of entries;) The guy ducking and diving behind rocks, trees and hiding under bushes and such without a passport is illegal. If he weren't, there would be no need to be 'like a ninja'
