Avenatti was carrying on the other day about Trump Jr, and how is going to be indicted by December, and we can all take his word on it. Any idea what that is all about? One thing for sure, is this guy is not presidential at all. The Dems need a very strong and unifying person. Avenatti is not that.

What is sad is that I have seen those on the Left call her an independent and strong woman. I cannot help feel that we have sunk to all time lows.

Avenatti's presidential ambitions are a joke. Nobody takes him seriously. But on the other hand, how presidential was Trump? "Presidential" no longer seems to be such a barrier to entry as it once was. You can be a sexual harasser who bangs porn stars while your wife has a new baby, have multibillion dollar bankruptcies, a history of bizarre racist conspiracy theories, incite violence at rallies, shady links to Russian mobsters, and none of it disqualifies you from the presidency.

Well, she never pretended to be anything other than what she is, which makes any attempts to slander her rather fruitless. You mean a porn star and stripper wants to get paid? Stop the press.

Yeah, I agree there are a lot of similarities between Avenatti and Trump. You however don't fight Trump with another Trump. I really think a moderate Leftist (i.e. not a full blow socialist), who limits focus on identity politics and can relate to the average guy on the streets has a very good chance of winning.

And I am not slandering Daniels. She is what she is. But putting her up onto a pedestal is just crazy.

They have some funny old law that if you jave just one drop of black blood you could be classified as mixed race? 1/1024 seems fine.

She is not native American. She is trying to win over votes based on her identity politics. Nothing new from the Democrats. If I were part of the Native American population, I would be pretty offended as well. She is white, and trying to tack herself onto the plight of others.

That isn't what she's doing. She's challenging Trump on his grotesque blood test wager:


He instigated the bet, and promised to pay $1 million to a charity of her choice if the DNA test showed that she had genuine native American ancestry. She isn't playing identity politics.
