What does that have to do with anything? The investigation has been requested by the three accusers of Kavanaugh, not the Democrats. If you say Ford was credible, it means the investigation should go further.

I addressed buka001 already. He is not a psychologist, and I would bet he didn't watch the testimony himself, so his opinion is irrelevant in my mind. I do not have any clashing values or ideas and my post history will prove it. It is not out of the realm of possibility that a person giving testimony tries to embellish on emotions to try and portray how an event impacted them emotionally, and to provide additional credibility.

But, I digress.

I am not a "Make America Great Again" type of gal because I believe it is already great. I am after all considering living there. You think I am a "Trumpette", so I thought your comment was tongue in cheek, but I see now I am giving you far too much credit.

Sadly, the history of this thread has you at a disadvantage here.

The regular posters generally fall into two camps, and whereas we'd have been liberal vs conservative not so long ago, the folk on the right are now, almost exclusively, Trumpist... The hit-and-run type posters are even Trumpier than Trump.

I'm happy to give you the benefit of the doubt if you want to talk small government and free trade and so on and the fact is, I often post tweets and quotes from commentators who used to be considered conservative.
In the age of Trump, I find I appreciate folk who have held onto their principles, rather than slavishly capitulating to a cult of personality/own the Libs type politics much more.

Fair warning 'tho, if you're going to defend children in cages, good people on both sides and religious travel bans, that benefit will be revoked.

It's kind of a mix of toxicity and really top notch news sources and commentary by highly tuned in people, on both sides of the equation.

Shows how someone can call themselves a classical liberal or libertarian a la Dave Rubin, while basically providing a front for white ethno-nationalists like Laura Southern and Molyneux.
