“Some will criticize such a decision and say that it was nothing more than an attempt to save a seat on the court in hopes that a Democrat will be permitted to fill it, but that would not be our intention,” Mr. Biden said at the time. “It would be our pragmatic conclusion that once the political season is underway, and it is, action on a Supreme Court nomination must be put off until after the election campaign is over.

Everything she.. .."said"..... looked like she was reading a script. So badly that at some stages the, sudden pro bona, lawyers had to help her search for the correct page before she answered read the answer to the question. Maybe just my imagination as many Americans were crying at the professional Psychiatric performance.

Been watching the hearings and cannot believe how blatantly biased and pre-decided the Dem members are. Each one went off on a long speech praising her and telling her how they believed her. Really??? before the hearing is finished?? In a court it would be a mistrial.
 
Looks like the votes are there. USA will have Jack the Raper as a SCJ... triggering the SJWs for a good while. Fun times:cool:

Really, the Dem members? So Lindsey Graham's rant where he said that he wholeheartedly believed Kavanaugh and it was the most corrupt thing he had ever witnessed in politics wasn't biased and predecided?

Yeah the questions were a bit dumb and i found myself not wanting to agree with either option. Its third way all the way for me.
 
Flake asked for a one week FBI limited scope investigation before committing his vote. It's something at least.

Flake is the cover for the others... Murkowski was with him immediately, but expect Susan Collins to hold her hand out for a, "watcha gonna give me Mitch?" action any moment now.

EDIT: In a weird way, I think this suits Mitch.
If the FBI investigation helps Kav, Mitch might even get red state dems to vote for him and he can say I told you so... If the FBI blow Kav out, Mitch just dodged the next two years of what will surely be State charges and court cases, as well as any other women coming forward.

You do know it was ALWAYS going to be voted on by the committee only on Friday right? The floor only on Monday, the floor vote is the thing that's been delayed, the committee vote is concluded, in favour of Kavanaugh, and did happen on Friday.

Which one of those three facts do you imagine is "fake"?
