• Second-degree disorderly conduct
• First and second-degree criminal trespass
• Third-degree escape
• Harassment
• Riot - Unless accompanied by a charge outside of this list.

So the guy kicked in the head is Adam Haner. Apparently he has been released from hospital and is recovering at home according to his brother.

The woman who was also attacked is his gf.

The Left often cry how words are an incitement to violence. And the mere mention of certain people's names are inciting violence. We are only expecting them to hold to their own standards.
