Yip eskom wants us to be efficient to carry their inefficiency...the company is too top end heavy,there are more managers with salaries just under R1mil per annum than normal employees.

Some of those managers manage just two people on ground level....its a huge mess where its about who you know thats gets you to the top.

One of the biggest rip-off inefficient companies this country has.
