Has anyone had
this problem before?
No but one might get this error in other applications too as result of incorrect closure of the application.
I however, do not think this is the case. How exactly did this error pop up?
What happened before and after. What programs are you running? Do you use Anti Virus if so which one.
And lastly how often does this error come up?
The most probable causes are either my application is still writing to the file whilst trying to write to it again, or the file is being used by another application and is locked at the time.
I will list this a bug and implement a solution according to the information you give me. The bug list is actually very short apart from the wizard which I am afaid is still under redevelopement.
I am also Looking into project mono as it now seems to have the necessary compents to make the application linux and mac friendly. I will need to test this though. USB support will be a little tricky and the wizard will not work in linux in the begining.
utJavaStar a Java implentation will work cross platform at the moment and I will be putting this on the utTraceStar site shortly along with a few extra FAQ to do with it.

I hope WBS do something to keep their product competitive.
ADSL coverage is probably expanding at a faster rate than iBurst.
ADSL connections are more stable and the ping times are lower making for better connectivity and therefore better VOIP.
ADSL connection prices are dropping and speeds increasing making iBurst seem less inviting. Excluding the 64kb/s after capping the prices are cheaper on a 384 connection already.

guys im lost could someone pls help me
....
Someone did make drivers and info was available in this thread
iBurst Linux USB drivers
You say you have the drivers though, so then your problem is configuring pppOE.
If you have pppOE then you should be able to run "pppoe-setup". If you cannot find another device besides your network card then type ifconfig you should have three devices afaik eth0 eth1 and lo or something like that. If so try a possibly different pppOE client eg
http://www.roaringpenguin.com/penguin/open_source_rp-pppoe.php. If not I am unsure? Maybe the drivers work differently or just don't work.
This shouldn't have been posted in my thread though.
