This is great news. Pieter is a very cool guy and has always been supportive of MyADSL and the forum. And he is a big driving force behind broadband!

Perhaps the first thing he can do is get rid of that CA nastiness that everyone hates. Apart from VC who think its the bee's knees :)
 
It remains to be seen if there will be any improvements. The day my phone
- stops dropping calls,
- SMS messages are no longer delayed
- the call quality improves
- I can make calls at all times, none of this "Connection Error" BS

and stunts like the recent reformatting crap of phone screen and the general poor service improves then I will consider his appointment as being a success!

Not even PIeter Uys will be able to fix your problems if you keep on refusing to give me your details so I can send someone out. :rolleyes:
