and rand water is quietly hoping it never reaches 70.
Didn't they say it could take 5 years to restore levels?

But the joke is on them, I haven't used more than 2kl over the free 6kl allocation since the announcement of restrictions.

Been discussed in the CT water thread - the dam in the video is tiny compared to our major dams. You're looking at $15billion to cover the Vaal dam with shade balls (and you've gotta do it every 10 years)

Those are there to prevent chemical degradation of one of them chems in the water not to prevent evaporation

That inflow is mad. Average is about 30 cumecs.
