VCR to Digital conversion

Howdy

What hardware would you recommend to copy VCR content to PC and digitise?

I have access to the following:

Macbook Pro 2012 with Ubuntu installed - Firewire and USB
Macbook Air 2014 - USB C
Windows 11 - USB 2+3
Panasonic VCR recorder/player - RCA outputs.

I really don’t think that the OP had a >R4800 option (excluding shipping) option in mind.
