Five cellphone recordings taken on the night of an alleged drunken driving accident involving Pretoria High Court Judge Nkola Motata are admissible as evidence, the Johannesburg magistrate's court ruled on Friday.

It is not that I want a black judge to go to jail, it is that I want a fooking drunk driver to go to jail. The fact that he is black and a judge has nothing to do with it.

Actually for me, the fact that he is a Judge makes this case even MORE important than a normal drunk driving case.

He needs to be punished as he is a role-model for a lot of people and they need to see the law actually does apply to everyone. (at some point hopefully)

True. I should not matter whan skin color he is. The law must apply. He is not above the law!
