What car/year is it? Could maybe just negotiate a better price with M&F if you tell them you're going to go to another insurer.

Have you seen the 1st for Women free voucher on the quotes going around?

Check if you can negotiate, obviously depends on your age/location, etc. but worth a shot. I only pay R600pm (Santam) for a new Mazda 2.

Same here, no issues at all. Even when processing a claim, quick and fast.
Love the fact that you can adjust your policy online and see the premium to be paid prior to accepting.

Santam/Sanlam actually which included PSG involvement.
However it's a direct insurer so my advice is to stay away.

You could also try PPS Insurance (underwritten by Hollard). They came in the cheapest for me, by far. The caveat is that they only insure people with an obtained tertiary certification.

I've used MiWay before. They rope you in with a great premium the first year, second year they bump it up by a rediculous amount. I jumped ship after that, won't use them again.

First For Women - R585 a month for car (2007 VW Polo Comfortline) and household (R150,000 cover).
