Hello, my ticket is OJI-868-46251

I'm following up on the verification of my debit order details, since I sent the message on the weekend. In the first email, I attached the proof of my bank account in the form of a stamped e-letter.

I need to get it verified as soon as possible, as I still need to order fibre and have it installed.

Please get back to me ASAP

Thanks

Morning, you have an ABSA card linked to your account and it is verified.
I see the proof of banking is Tyme bank. Please place the order first, so you can add the new banking details to that order and a verification code will be triggered and sent to you bank statement.

Hi there. I was afraid of doing that in case the debit order fails. TymeBank also says a statement will be shown at the end of the month. I can't wait so long. So should I just do it then? I saw in the Help Centre, an alternate way is to send a proof of banking letter. Thanks

Yes, that's it correct it is the alternative way. However you need a product or service linked to the details you want verified.

Okay, I see. I'm going to go ahead and order the fibre then, thanks
