Video playback

Hi guys.

I shot some video of two of my athletes today. The video is in MP4 and Full HD. I would like to slow down the video to almost a frame per frame basis. I would like to slow down the video so I can show them in slow motion how they are performing. Most programs like AVS and Windows Media Player only slows down by half. I would like to go even slower.

I know I had a program that could do that, but can't remember the name.

Video editing software will be better at this job.

Have used VLC to analyse cricket players bowling action, works a treat.
