I would like to know how others organize their video collections. In particular how they differentiate between their "watched" and "to be watched" videos. I used to remember exactly which episode I was at and which movie I had watched. As time went by my collection increased. So, what I do now is have two main folders in "My Videos" one is "Watched" and the other is "To be Watched". Inside these folders I have exactly the same same folder structure (xcopy /t /e). After watching a movie or episode I moved the file to same directory but under the "Watched" hierarchy. A friend of mine uses an empty file as a place marker inside every folder with the number of the episode he's seen. Are their any other ways that seem more efficient?
