I just received my IRP5 and it won't show on my iPhone 8. its a pdf but it loads on my MacBook Pro. do you have any suggestions how to view it on my phone? I do have PDF viewer

I also have an iPhone 8 and I can open up PDF files without having the need to install any 3rd part apps. I do not know why your iPhone does not open them, I always could open up PDF documents ever since I first got an iPhone.

Failing all else, It'll open in Books on your phone.
Tap the share button and select Books.

It'll only work with Adobe PDF because of SARS and their insistence of using a secure PDFXFA version of PDF.

Seemed odd that the PDF wouldn't just open, but yeah, that would do it.

Install Acrobat Reader from the App Store, open it with acrobat, you might get a loading screen , If that happens rather open it on a Mac or Pc. I have had this where mobiles don't want to open the SARS docs but on a regular computer it opens.

SARS Pdf's are encrypted. Mobile devices do not support these file types. You'll have to use a Mac or PC

Also cant open my IRP5 on cell, Only PC
