Only where their network doesn't cover. But yeah, the Virgin-on-CellC-on-Vodacom is interesting.

I wonder if Virgin didn't decide to go for CellC, because they still have the smallest subscriber base...

Secretely, I hoped that Virgin will kind of get CellC's act together (which I believe suck), but that's just my 2c...
