Virgin Very Bad Tonight

My patience is wearing thin again. Virgin GPRS is running out of steam again. Have you paid the CellC bill?

Maybe CellC did not pay their bill. I am trying to use the CellC JOKE system, but it has turned into the DEAD system. I will definitely switch to a WORK ing system at contract expiration.

Where is Sir Richard in South Africa? He made some telling statements at launch of the Virgin empire in RSA, but so far his companies actually deliver Worse service than anything we have had so far in RSA.

we should ask VM to post a new section on their website
HOW TO SURF THE NET WITH VM:
Connect..

etc,etc

If the technical department did their job as well as the VM marketing department, VM would have ruled the market, but allas - that has not been the case.

The last two weeks has been a nightmare- and tonight is espescially bad.

Have you tried roaming on Vodacom? When my VM is sluggish, roaming on Vodacom 3G/HSDPA usually solves the problem, like tonight:)

Cell C is partly to blame and should ensure the network runs smoothly although sometimes slowly. Two technical teams is not a good idea and can cause more harm than good.

TEAM A: Isn't that fixed yet, TEAM B was supposed to fix it a long time ago.

Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Active are good, everything seemed to go to hell when he introduced Virgin Money and Virgin Mobile!

There is no direct link between Cell C technical and Virgin technical. That's why we have a problem. At the end of the day it is a management problem.

Syndyre Virgin money is still ok but wish someone could run Virgin Mobile as well as Virgin Money, i've never had a problem. I've had enough now with Virgin Mobile and what is Gerald and Scuz really doing about anything, nothing has changed and they just seem to give up after a while. I had a "friend" at Virgin mobile but she didn't stick around too long after all the problems i had, perhaps they're all embarassed to even open their mouths. Virgin mobile is ok for sms and phone calls but should leave the internet for the big boys. I'm going to try Vodacom's new package of 500mb's for R 189.00
