Visa Agencies. Can you recommend one?

I need a Schengen visa for Poland but the only place I can do this is in Pretoria (sucks because I was just there two weeks ago).

Anyone know if it's possible for a visa agency to do all the work without having to be there in person? If so do you know of any reputable agencies that could help?

TIA

Try VisasUnlimited

I used them twice, however last time they applied for a single entry visa for my wife even though we explicitly applied for a multiple entry visa, this was revealed to us 2 days before the trip when we got the visa, luckily it was rectified in time

Don't you need the biometrics to do a Schengen visa since 2015 (which means going to the consulate in person) ?

Edit: You do. A visa agency will only be able to collect your passport.

GENERAL REMARKS REGARDING VISAS

Citizens of states of the Consular zone of the Embassy of Poland (Republic of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi) require a visa to enter the Schengen territory.

FROM 1 JUNE 2013 ALL SCHENGEN VISA APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT THEIR APPLICATIONS IN PERSON. Applications sent by courier, mail, e-mail or fax will not be processed. Couriers may be arranged for the collection of passports only.

Please be informed that people over 70 years old and children below 12 years old are exempted from submitting fingerprints. However, the decision concerning their physical presence at the Embassy will be taken individually.

Thanks, I've mailed them.

Yes, I almost forgot about that. I had it done earlier this year for Spain but I see they can't exchange that between territories. I'm wonder though if there isn't just somewhere in Cape Town I could get the biometrics done instead of having to travel all the way to Pretoria.

I've never heard of the biometrics being done somewhere else.

Can't you explore spending a day or two in France, Netherlands or Germany before Poland so that you can get a visa directly at their consulates in Cape Town ?

Did biometrics for the German one earlier this year, bagged a 1 year multi entry visa.

Ok so turns out I didn't need to do biometrics again, even though their website specifically states this is the case. Guy says they don't advertise it like this so people don't abuse the system :wtf:

Anyway, it was the easiest Visa application ever - took like 5 minutes even though it turned out being one of the most expensive (return flight from CPT + car hire + visa fees). Anyway at least it's done.
