I haven't checked the VC forums for a while, perhaps I missed something?
I have a 500Mb contract... on Monday I checked V4Me, there was about 35Mb left.
I gave the modem to a user and hes been using it, so I wanted to check now how much is left, incase I need to add a bundle.
Now V4me shows I have a 1Gb this month with about 480Mb remaining.
When did this happen, or is it just a billing stuff up on VC.... I did not add extra 500Mb, and anycase, the once off bundles shows separately?
Anybody else notice it?
V4Me has been acting funny this week

Free 275mb

Quick question,

I've got an iPhone contract which comes with 250mb data a month. The past month with the promotion I've been getting 275mb. No problem there.

This morning, I got another 275mb all of a sudden. Exactly 275mb. This is weird on two accounts. One, I didn't pay for it. Two, you don't get 275mb bundles.

Also, I only had 31mb left yesterday and it isn't the end of the month, so there is no roll over.

Anyone else suddenly get double?

Free 275mb

I actually just started a thread aswell on this topic. My iphone contract just doubled from 275mb to 550mb.

No - but then I dont seem to have been getting that bonus 25mb either. :(

Checked V4me just now and noticed the same thing, I'm also on a 500Mb contract, which show 1.1Gb now.

Hope VodacomData can tell us if it should be like that.

yip lets hope its not another billing error on big scale, but rather seacom coming into play?

this is looking good!
I checked 3 of my accounts on V4Me....
nothing in the news?
new invoice only coming after next week to check if the extra is free or not.... although I'm guessing they can't just increase our cost without notice.
maybe it is a freebie, thanx Vodacom! (if it is so)
how about some info from the VC insiders?

The whole Vodacom data bundle structure is hopelessly complex... that thing of accumulating rollover then only having it become available once the previous one is completed for the current / next/ previous month or whatever it is as opposed to simply having one grand total amount of megabytes available is the most ridiculous brain fart I have ever encountered...

I honestly do not want to know how many ad-hoc bundles I have topped off my account with thinking that I am all out when in fact I have hundreds of megs in a 'bucket' somewhere waiting to be come active.

My contract and my SO's contract is showing more data. Nice one Vodacom!

Morning Guys

Note: That the bundle balance on our billing system is correct. BUT is reflecting incorrectly. Clients who exceed their balance will be billed according to their actual usage, not the incorrectly reported balance.

Please guys do not exceed your DATA BUNDLES!!!!!!

Regards
VodacomData

P.s this should be fixed soon....
