So why don't somebody just fix it so that Vodacom4me shows the balance what it should?

Note: That the bundle balance on our billing system is correct. BUT is reflecting incorrectly.
I'm not sure if this applies only to me, or everyone, and I have not received any further notice.please ignore the *111# until further notice
What does this mean?
On July 1 I reported a problem that rollover was not included in the balance according to *111#.
I received an email from Vodacom saying:
I'm not sure if this applies only to me, or everyone, and I have not received any further notice.
@VD: Could you please find out when this is going to be resolved?
The whole Vodacom data bundle structure is hopelessly complex... that thing of accumulating rollover then only having it become available once the previous one is completed for the current / next/ previous month or whatever it is as opposed to simply having one grand total amount of megabytes available is the most ridiculous brain fart I have ever encountered...
I honestly do not want to know how many ad-hoc bundles I have topped off my account with thinking that I am all out when in fact I have hundreds of megs in a 'bucket' somewhere waiting to be come active.
aaagh damn, my package shows 500Mb (550) again, got excited over nothing
good thing I checked, and it was aired on the forum, so VC could fix it, otherwise I might have assumed that there was still data available, and not added and extra bundle, and got the surprise next month....
So... no seacom reduction/freebies yet![]()
vodacomdata so when are you guys going to start using the seacom cable?
I understood this was a general problem with *111#, but I have sent you a PM with all the gruesome details.Number please siror ref number
Especially service providers who get cheaper bandwidth but don't pass on part of the benefits to the customer...Good Question , no news yet but it would obviously benefit everyone![]()

Checked V4Me data balance this morning again.
I see the system is stuffed again... 500Mb package showing as 1Gb
Vodacom.... here's a thought, why don't you just keep it like this, since your system clearly wants to give us double the data![]()
.
What now?
