I asked our account manager and basically yes. But you can also go directly to any Vodashop and do deals there with bussiness accounts, but there is obviously a lot more paperwork etc.
 
Will these Home Internet Deals work in a Phone or tablet or is it only Approved Routers?
 
Hopefully anyone that has ordered are not receiving their package via Skynet couriers. They are the pits.
My package has now been at the local depot for days and no comms whatsoever. Had to phone them today again just to make sure they have the correct address and contact numbers.

Let me check Hellopeter. Ok now it makes sense.

RAM is just as bad. They keep calling me on the data simcard.

Delivery unsuccessful. Customer not available.
Delivery unsuccessful. Access control. No access.
Delivery unsuccessful. Customer not available.

Called them. And they confirmed my correct number as the alternative number but the driver just refused to call it. Called once on the data card and when it went to voicemail just left...

I think also it's partially Vodacom's fault for supplying them with my data sim number. I had to make sure today they remove my data sim number from the delivery and repeatedly gave them my cell number.

Let's see what happens tomorrow.
 
Was hoping to replace my Vodacom BF deal from 2 years ago but the deals are just not appealing to me. Don't want home internet or other frills that just push up the price. Sim+data...that's it

Might have to see what the other networks have

Yes, the home Internet deals comes with a router, which is a bonus because you can sell it and get some cash.

But I need a sim that I can put in my phone when out and about. These deals are restricted to specific routers. The deals aren't bad but don't meet my needs
 
I see Vodacom Fiber (Black Friday) is discounted on Vuma:
50 mbps @ R549.00 X24 - after that R709.00 x 24
100 mbps @ R699.00 X24 after that R909 x24
200mbps @ R789 x24 - after that R1109.00 x24

I am not sure about other Fiber Networks.

They offer Free Installation, Activation and a Vodafone Router included. 12 months and month to month available.
Does anyone know if the FUP still applies? If they have dropped that you can use as much data as you like without being throttled, then this is a sweet deal. (Afrihost has NO FUP) Thank you.
