Hi guys
My problem is, for the most part, the usual Vodacom contract cancellation issue, but with an early upgrade thrown in -
Dec 2008 - Took out Vodacom Talk 200s contract
March 2010 - Early phone upgrade to an HTC HD2 & upped the contract to a Talk 500s
I am now told that I'm only up for renewal is Jan 2013, a year later than the February 2012 I had expected. I was also told an amount of R9000-00+ was payable on early cancellation in Dec 2011. :wtf:
What I'm wanting to find out is if firstly, is this legit from Vodacom or whether it's a relevant situation for the CPA? Secondly, is there any way I can cancel this contract without paying through the nose?
