Hi all. Is here possibly a Vodacom Rep on these forums?
I am having a tough time getting through to collections. They constantly dropping the calls.
My wife and my accounts fell into arrears and thus our lines were locked and then devices blacklisted. We have since paid the full amounts owed to the collection agency and now would like the devices reactivated as we now own them and owe nothing to Vodacom. I have tried calling 8 times to day and after the agent would greet, the call would just be dropped. Getting tired of this. Been trying to get this sorted out for nearly a month now.
If there is perhaps and agent that can help, it will be greatly appreciated.
