You just answered your own question. 8ta has no coverage outside major cities.

If Vodacom could only change that one ripoff and deplete pre-existing bundled data before any new bundled data, it would reverse a lot of negative sentiment that Vodacom created for itself.

The contract people get a modem, while on prepaid you still have to pay more without a modem on the 2GB bundles.
