WTF is up with Vodacom dropping calls when you in a queue?

It's happening all the time boet, like when I push whatever number, I get cut off... it happens when I'm holding too for customer support etc.

I've been getting this issue too, lately. Bit annoying when you wait for so long just to be ABLE to press 0 (to speak to a consultant) only to be cut off

Last night I couldnt get thru to 111 whatsoever, I got some IVR saying there were tech issues bla bla blah
