Vodacom Fibre down

Hi All,

Had my vodacom fibre installed friday last week, ALREADY having downtime!

This does not bode well!

Trying to deal with the call centre is a nightmare as well!!!!!!

Why the **** did vumatel sell the infrastructure to this incompetent bunch of idiots!

They are both, they provide the fibre and ISP end.

I am back up though. Still doesn't bode well, the service from the CC was terrible.
