Hi Guys (and V3G),
A few issues - some might not be issues but lets see:
1) I got a new PAYG sim this morning and loaded Airtime. I cannot connect to the Vodacom GPRS network, and cannot register the number on the Vodacom4Me website - says the subscriber does not exist, yet voice calls ect work fine. Is this normal? Vodacom suggested I wait a few hours?
2) Tried to call Vodacom Customer care and a few times my call was dropped when being placed in the queue (after all the selections ect)
3) I cannot call the data help desk (155). After talking to the new IVR system, my call is transferred to the queue, a busy tone is heard and the call disconnected. Not even the customer care could transfer my call as it was dropped aswell. They claim everything is working fine - but I cannot get to talk to someone.
