Good bang for buck this handset. In the world of low cost android handsets wonder how this will compare with the MTN Steppa, Gobi, Alcatel & Huawei units.

No Wi-Fi?

Guess this is Vodacom's way of 'subsidizing' prepaid phones.

They know 50MB is not going to go far and by launching a phone without Wi-Fi, users will have no other way to connect to the Internet than to buy more bundles.

Nothing wrong with that from a business standpoint, but just then don't make it seem like you did this for any other reason than money.

No Wi-Fi is a bit of a let down, especially since the Steppa does offer Wi-Fi.
