Vodacom launches 5G mobile network

1ms? Would that be the ping of a useless packet to the basetower?
 
They can't even deliver proper 4G, don't even mention 4G+. They throttle the data throughput so much I can't even stream Netflix or dstv. 5G doesn't excite me at all atm.
 
Just put my Vodacom contract simcard in my Huawei H112 but no 5G for me in Centurion :unsure:

This calls for a quick drive test because there is no map for 5G. Pffff.

I remember vodacom sims had be activated for 4g when it launched, I guess its the same for 5g?

Well this makes it sound like it supports these routers already.... If we just had a map....

For those looking to use Vodacom’s new 5G network, it currently supports the LG V50 5G smartphone and Huawei 5G CPE PRO router.

And when are they going to support esim on phones? Last year they said first half of 2020. 2 thirds of the half is gone and still no word.
