Vodacom LTE activation requests

Hi Dan. Yours is a prepaid number and I dont have access to activate LTE on prepaid on the MII system. The system normally activates LTE automatically soon as a prepaid number goes live on the network. I have logged it through to IT for them to do it for me. I will advise once it is completed.
 
Thanks a million Ockie. I have liaised with the call center twice and every time they tell me it is on GPRS and they have changed it to LTE, I just need to reboot, but alas no luck so far. I have my Galaxy J3 prepaid with me as well and it has been on 4G all day. I ported from Cell C yesterday because of the poor Cell C reception here in PMB but am really sorry I did because this is turning into a nightmare.
I really hope the IT guys can sort it out ASAP. Please let me know once they have looked into it.

Do you have the Vodacom app installed on your phone? If not, install it and register. Then:

Go to My Account
Then "Manage Services"

See if there is a option to activate LTE
