Hi. OK, you are referring to Volte in your mail, not LTE. As per your email, your LTE is working 100%
As per the Vodacom website, prepaid numbers are not eligible for Volte.
4. VoLTE will be available to Contract price plans only during the launch phase. VoLTE will not be available to Top Up/uChoose and Prepaid price plans during the launch phase.

I have just checked again - I have an S6 on a new Vodacom prepaid sim that definitely maintains it's LTE connection during a voice call. My ported number from MTN does not maintain the LTE connection during a voice call - it falls back to 3G.
Am I going nuts?
