Vodacom promises improved call centre services

Yea right ... Cost me over R900 in calls to their incompetent call centres just to get my contract sim card activated ... somehow I'm not optimistic
 
and this is the reason why i'm not jumping to renew my contract
i drove for 45mins and i left work and got home and i was still on hold and this happened on 5 occasions so ya screw vodacom im looking for a new provider to spend my money on

this has been promised so many times before, and the level of the staff get worse!!!!

half of the people in the call center dont know a nokia from a petrol pump
 
Improved service? They call that service? In any rate, I must admit that the major cellphone service providers in this country knows nothing about customer service. They are all just plain and simply bad. And Vodacom has made these type of promises before.
 
they certainly do answer quicker :) not that it helps much, the guys on the other end still dont know a cellphone from a potato
