Vodacom Samsung S3 Update

Did the update this weekend.
No real issues or improvements so far.
The gallery app seems to load quite a bit slower. Otherwise haven't noticed any real difference.
I might consider doing a factory reset - so that I have a fresh install.

I have noticed since updating to 4.3 that sometimes, even when my 3G and wifi are turned off on the phone, the odd message or so will still come through on WhatsApp. Tonight it happened again for the 3rd time, a message came through about an hour after it was sent, even though 3G/wifi was off.
The other 2 times this has happened was overnight when I was sleeping and my phone was in Flight Mode, with 3G/wifi turned off.
Anyone else found this with the the update to Vodacom's S3 android 4.3 release?
