Why didnt VC disclose what the issue was instead of just saying its fixed?

Why would they? They haven't lost a single client due to the outage. Companies generally only start making excuses when customers start holding them accountable by leaving.

Looks like they have problems again. The tower is on locally but the network isnt working properly - long delays on messaging getting through etc. Cant make calls either.

Vodacom in Somerset West is shocking. I can have a 4G+ connection but web pages do not load.
