Vodacom suffers network problems

I've had rubbish Vodacom signal at home for months now. Voice over WiFi is the only way to get and make calls

The guys are working furiously to fix this.

This is not a 'generic' issue but seems to affect certain users and not others. I've had no issues but others, I know, are affected.

/Actually, I think it's restricted to those who did not congratulate @Jan on his award. :)

The guys are hammering away though.
 
Everybody here seems to hate Vodacom. Wadda****?
I've had no issues with them so I have no reason to hate. I must be the only one. Lone Ranger. The only customer in SA that doesn't have anything bad to say :oops:

Well generally they are good but I had the worst luck every. I moved for KZN to Centurion years back from 1bar EDGE to maybe 1 or 2 bars 4G and 3Mbps max download speed. So I either have the worst luck or their network coverage is just not as good as the rest. Here where I stay now MTN is not better either in fact it's only Telkom that works as expected at 200Mbps because of the mini tower not so far from me.
 
I bought a once off 1 gig promotion for R29 lasts 1 month for my mom. Havent bought in a while. I see it hasnt loaded, would this be because of their network issues? Surely it should still load tho? Money went off my credit card when I did the purchase tho?

Oh well, Vodacom has been good to me here. Shitty EC. KWT. Vodacom is one of the only things that still work reliably here.

My ADSL and Telkom LTE went dead at around 12, heard it's an area wide issue, related maybe? Perhaps they share Vodacom infrastructure out here in Parys?

It's quite depressing, got a new Xbox Series S in the mail today, just staring at it, can't do anything...

I'm running on data fumes, roaming on my phone, only enough data left for this one last post...
