Vodacom suffers network problems

Vodacom is suffering network problems and is working on fixing the problem.

This makes me think, I should download the offline map in Google Maps, just in case this happens and I am on the road and then cant use Waze.

Tried phoning someone on the Vodacom network earlier, it said the number didn't exist 3 times , got through on the 4th attempt

Had one way speech (call starts fine but about 2 minutes in I can't hear them but they can hear me) about 3 months ago in Port Elizabeth, issue returned 4 days ago...
Not handset (neighbors also experiencing issue) definitely network
