Has anyone used the new Vodapay app for transactions? I advise anyone using the app to be cautious.

I received some money in my wallet and used the option to withdraw it (to my FNB account). They said it would be 4 days for the money to reflect in said account. It has now been 2 weeks and nothing. Vodapay app says the transaction was successful (the money left the Vodapay wallet) but nothing reflects in FNB. Where could it be?

(I have checked that the banking details are correct).

I've opened a service ticket with Vodacom and sent them screenshots of the app and my FNB statement. Unfortunately, it feels like I am talking to a wall. I have to keep following up and explaining the problem. Lots of "Mmmm that's strange."

Any advice about where to go from here other than harassing them for an answer?
