Hey guys
Not sure if this is the right section for this, but we run a small support office and we are looking for some decent quality headsets with mute options and attached microphones. These guys sit on calls most of the day, listening to music inbetween and the current headsets just fall to pieces.. im talking about logitech headsets and some isonit, and weve tried a few others but nothing seems durable enough.
Does anybody have any suggestion on what to go for? Planetronics? or senizer or something?
They must be USB as the VOIP software is pc based..
Any help would be appreciated..
