I do have a question though, they stamp the current book ID's, how do they proceed with the card ID's?
This time around, my ID book was not stamped.
I assumed that the IEC had decided not to stamp ID books due to there being no way to stamp the new ID cards (which makes it somewhat pointless to stamp ID books when the ID cards are not being stamped).
The thumb inker person did not do a proper job of inking my thumb at all: it's mostly on the nail and about 1mm on the cuticle, it would be easy to scrape the ink off the nail and try my luck at voting again (I would just have to flash the printed barcode scanner slip at a distance and then convince the officials that they erroneously crossed off my name on the voters roll).
